Thank you for shopping at Velourse. We ship across India.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or festivals.

Shipping charges
[Free shipping on all orders / Free shipping on orders above 299; otherwise ₹30. Any charges are shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes. A COD fee of ₹10 may apply. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Orders that can’t be confirmed may be cancelled.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Incorrect address
Please check your address and phone number carefully. Velourse isn’t responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Undelivered orders
If a package is returned to us because of repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal, a refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued after deducting shipping costs.
